Inmigraci\u00f3n y Nacionalidad<\/a>, los refugiados y solicitantes de asilo que previamente fueron declarados inadmisibles pueden obtener el estatus de residente permanente legal. Los solicitantes de asilo y los refugiados que han sido declarados inadmisibles pueden obtener el estatus de residencia permanente legal o evitar los procedimientos de deportaci\u00f3n con esta exenci\u00f3n. Los que presentan <strong>Formulario I-602<\/strong> puede hacerlo por &quot;razones humanitarias, inter\u00e9s nacional o unidad familiar&quot;, seg\u00fan USCIS. Sin embargo, los motivos de la renuncia deben ser de inter\u00e9s nacional, por razones humanitarias o por unidad familiar.<\/p><h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 motivos de inadmisibilidad no se aplican a los refugiados y asilados?<\/h3><p>Los refugiados y solicitantes de asilo pueden presentar una exenci\u00f3n de los motivos de inadmisibilidad por muchas razones, pero no todos los motivos pueden ser eximidos a trav\u00e9s del I-602.
