Adrian Contreras, a Texas native, embodies a life defined by service, education, and unwavering dedication. Raised in the border town community of El Paso, Texas, Adrian embarked on a journey marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for justice.

 

After graduating from high school, Adrian pursued higher education at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Shortly after starting college, Adrian answered the call to serve his country, enlisting in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Specialist. Today, Adrian continues to honorably serve in the Navy Reserve, balancing his military duties with his legal career.

 

Upon completing his military service, Adrian returned to Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2018. His thirst for knowledge and pursuit of justice led him to South Texas College of Law – Houston, where he excelled as a student, both in the classroom and in advocacy. His academic prowess was recognized with the esteemed CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Criminal Law.

 

In May of 2023, Adrian graduated from STCL, armed with the skills and knowledge to navigate the intricacies of the legal profession. Eager to make a meaningful impact, he pursued a career in criminal defense. Now, as an associate attorney at Ybarra Maldonado Law Group, Adrian tackles various cases including DUI and Assault.
