Ricardo Santacruz Carrillo

Ricardo Santacruz Carrillo is a Paralegal with extensive immigration experience. He began working on immigration matters including Court Removal, and Family Petition Cases since 2001, under the supervision of Attorneys who are now an Immigration Judge and another a Deputy Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.

Ricardo studied Administration of Justice at Arizona State University and Arts at South Mountain Community College.

Ricardo and his family Immigrated to the U.S. when Ricardo was 10 years of age. Although he was able to legally immigrate some years after he entered the U.S., he relates to the struggles that our immigrant community members have gone through to come to this country and the continued struggle they face because of their immigration status.

Ricardo is a family man, dedicated to his wife and four children. He enjoys going to the beach in Mexico, watching Marvel Character Movies, and spending quality time with his family. On his alone time, he enjoys reading and meditating.

Ricardo joined YMA Law Group in 2001 and handles immigration matters including, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, DACA, Military Parole in Place, Citizenship, Consular Processing, Cancellation of Removal, U-Visa, VAWA Petitions, among others.
