You Have The Right to Remain Silent

[:en]When interacting with law enforcement officers, it is important to remember that regardless of the situation at hand, we do have rights. In 1966, the U.S. Supreme Court presided over the historic Miranda v. Arizona case that resulted in officers needing to advise suspects of their right to an attorney prior to interrogation.

We have provided an Invocation of Rights card that you may use when interacting with law enforcement officers. We encourage you to exercise your rights and ask for an attorney.

If you’ve been charged with a DUI, drug offense, domestic violence, or felony offense, contact the experienced Phoenix criminal defense attorneys at Ray Maldonado Law Group.
